Eligibility Criteria:
- Who Can Apply: Teachers currently employed in primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools under local bodies in Bihar.
Application Process:
- Registration: Visit bsebsakshamta.com and click on “Register New Candidate.” Provide the required personal details to receive a User ID and password.
- Form Completion: Log in using the provided credentials and fill out the application form with accurate personal and professional information.
- Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, including educational certificates, appointment letters, and recent passport-sized photographs.
- Fee Payment: The examination fee is ₹1,100 for all categories. Payment can be made online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submission: Review the completed application form for accuracy before final submission. Once submitted, download and print a copy of the application form for future reference.
Examination Details:
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT).
- Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Structure: The exam comprises 150 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. The questions are divided into three sections:
- Section 1: Language Proficiency – 30 questions.
- Section 2: General Studies – 40 questions.
- Section 3: Subject-Specific Knowledge – 80 questions.

- General Category: 40%
- Backward Classes (BC): 36.5%
- Extremely Backward Classes (EBC): 34%
- Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): 32%
- Differently Abled Candidates: 32%
- Female Candidates: 32%
